Yup, we DIYed them with framing lumber that we painted white and brackets from Home Depot. Hope it helps!

It’s probably been said already but if there are dishes up at the top which you don’t use much you should cling film or saran wrap the tops really neatly and when you come to use them next time in a rush you won’t need to clean them first.. my grandma always used to do it with her fancy dishes that she liked to display. xx
